Farnesto

Our approach

Method before opinion

Anyone can have a view on your numbers. We'd rather show our working. This page sets out how a Farnesto engagement actually runs — the phases, the standard behind them, and what you can expect at each step.

01 // The standard

Five phases,
one disciplined arc

Our method draws on ISO 19011 — the international guidance for auditing and evidence — adapted for advisory work. It keeps us independent, traceable and clear.

No. Phase What happens
01 Scope & evidence We fix the questions and gather source records before forming any view. Independence starts with looking at what's actually there.
02 Analysis We stress-test margins, cash cycles and risk against reality, not against the story the accounts tell on their own.
03 Findings Plain-language findings, ranked by how much they move the business. No jargon used to sound impressive.
04 Recommendations Every finding becomes a decision with an owner, a cost and an expected effect. You choose from options, evidence in hand.
05 Review & follow-through We check the plan against results and adjust. The engagement isn't done when the report lands — it's done when the decision holds up.

02 // Where the method applies

The same discipline,
across every service

Whatever the brief, the five phases hold. Here's how the method shows up in the work we're most often asked for.
